A now, a word of gratitude

My granddaughter’s cuter than yours.

Happy Thanksgiving, everybody. It’s a beautiful morning here in Florida. I’m thankful for it. I’m thankful for a great family, a great wife and a wonderful granddaughter (June, pictured above). I have a dog and a cat, who, if not great, are still loveable. I have my health (knock wood). So all in all, no complaints.

I’m getting to the age where it becomes obvious that the number of Thanksgiving Days are finite. From here on out, it’s probably a good idea to enjoy them all, regardless of the particular circumstances. I hope you do too.

Happy T-day to you, dad. June can’t wait to see you at Christmas!
